*** NOTE: If at any time, you find that your cream has melted or has white-like grains in it. Do not worry. Your product can be restored by following these simple steps.

A few points to remember with Blue tansy face cream:
It is normal for it to melt as it is made with oils and butters.
It is normal for the white grains to form in it. That is the Shea butter that solidifies faster than the other ingredients, causing granules.
The product is not off. It is still effective and this can be reversed and used.

Follow these steps to restore it's consistency:

1. Close the lid of the jar and place it in a shallow bowl. Add very little boiling water, half way through the jar.
2. Do not submerge the entire jar in boiling water. That will damage the product.
3.leave it in the boiling water for 5 mins . remove the jar.
4. open the cap and mix the melted product with a clean utensil.
5. do not close the product with the cap yet. Place the open jar in your fridge for 10-15 minutes.
6. the product will solidify and have the same consistency.
7. take product out of fridge once it has solidified and looks even.
8. leave it on your counter top / table for 1-2 hours to reach room temperature.
9. close the jar with lid and store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight or any source of heat.
