At Mimar, we want you to love your skin and feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible purchases.

If you’re not satisfied with your Mimar purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hi@mimarskin.com or use the contact form on our website.

Please include your order number and let us know which product you would like to return.

We will provide you with the instructions needed to complete your return.

Returning Your Product

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Mimar.

Please package the product securely and send it to the return address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mimar is not responsible for products lost or damaged while being returned.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@mimarskin.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase through our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Any products specifically identified as final sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
